Description: This point feature class identifies the approximate locations of the existing Manholes in the City of Oceanside sanitary sewer system owned, operated, and maintained by the Water Utilities Department and private sanitary sewer pipeline that connect into the City of Oceanside system. All feature locations and attributes are maintained by the Water Utilities- Geographic Information System (GIS) Division and are derived from input from the City's Sewer crew as well as various engineering and construction exhibits (e.g. As Built, Development Drawings, Subdivision Drawings, etc.). The Cityof Oceanside has no maintenance responsibility for the private Manholes.
